Really needing sewing help!!

Okay so I'm making this giant squid stuffed animal (It's 8 feet long)

The problem is that the template isn't to scale and I don't know how to scale it. So if someone could explain to me how to scale it and how I would print it?

Better yet, if someone could scale it for me (and prove that you did it right/know what your doing) I can offer some points and/or art!
